Return Policy
• Luxxshapers will accept exchanges & returns within 30 days of receiving.
• Clearance products, free gifts, bras & underwear are not eligible for return policy.
• Return postage/costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is caused by quality problems or sizing exchange
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged without any signs of worn, stain, perfume smell, or deforming. Any product to be returned MUST be in their original packaging. We simply ask that you try it on OVER panties or undergarments, and do not overstretch the product.
• In most cases, we can only process one return or exchange for each order. For your benefit, please carefully consider all the products you need to return.
